My husband and I have been going to Noailles about 2x per year for 20 years, always when seeing a ballet/opera at the Grand Theatre. We go because of the perfect location, 7pm opening time, the wonderful ambience and traditional French cuisine. Until yesterday we have always eaten very well. Yesterday the chicken leg was slightly undercooked and so tough it was mostly left uneaten by two if our party of three. We were on a tight deadline so could not send it back, on paying I complained saying the chicken was awful and the waiter said how pleased he was! I repeated my complaint three times just to be given a charming smile.
